Great to meet you!

Welcome to Wellness For Life Counseling, I'm glad you're here, and I look forward to partnering with you on your path to living fully. I work with many clients to address social and emotional needs, including stress, anxiety, depression, loss/grief, interpersonal conflict, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is from a humanistic and holistic point of view to establish acceptance and compassion. I partner with my clients to achieve healing, self-awareness, healthy perceptions, emotional regulation, peace, and clarity. In the process, clients will explore strengths and individual assets to increase overall satisfaction, well-being, and improved personal relationships. Treatment plans and selected modalities are developed to address each client's individual needs.

What you can expect from our first session

Deciding to begin therapy is a big step for most people. Virtual counseling provides my clients with convenience, confidentiality, and comfort by attending sessions in their own environment. The initial session allows clients to address primary concerns in an open and non-judgmental space. This session will set the foundation for establishing goals for therapy.
