Great to meet you!

Therapy is what I was meant to do! I am a passionate social worker and a therapist at heart. I have been on the other side of this relationship and truly believe it is an honor to help others. I will meet you wherever you are and we will work together to reach your goals. Therapy is a process and we will get to know each other and build trust over time. I am patient and compassionate however I will call you out on behaviors in a supportive way when I need to.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe there is no one size fits all approach to therapy and treat each client as an individual. I tend to utilize a strengths perspective to help clients see their true abilities and help them build upon this foundation. I enjoy building the therapeutic relationship so my clients can feel supported and empowered to make changes.

What you can expect from our first session

I can help by providing a safe space to explore any issues that you are facing. My goal for our sessions is for you to feel heard and validated in your experiences. I truly value the therapeutic relationship and hope that you come away from our sessions feeling empowered. I look forward to walking this journey together.
